At Andover, our commitment to our students runs through everything we do and we will continue to support every part of our college community. We have invested in new facilities, equipment and courses to prepare our students for their chosen industry or higher education.

New Senior Leadership Team
Sparsholt College Group, Incorporating Andover College are excited to introduce their new Senior Leadership Team. The new leadership brings with it a wealth of experience and an impressive skillset to set our young people on a path to success.
New courses
We are excited to share our new courses with you! These courses have been created due to popular demand and they have all been developed with employers to ensure we cover everything you need to go into their industry.
introducing STUDY+
Our new Enrichment Programme, Study+, has been created to encourage you to get involved in extracurricular activities which will support your education whilst at college. New enrichment activities include Film Club, a Political Society, Science Club and Art Club to name a few.
On top of our enrichment study programme, we also encourage charity work in many of our subjects and our students take this opportunity to get creative and find new ways to raise significant amounts of money for a wide variety of charities. In the past, charity events have included bake sales, quizzes, curry nights and even climbing the O2.

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Wellbeing Hub for September 2020!
This new space includes a new student lounge, mindfulness room, Health Hub, counselling suites, private garden and meeting pods. This will be a safe space which fosters positive wellbeing, personal growth and independent self-help strategies.
The introduction of The Wellbeing Hub is another successful part of a much larger project.
The College has created a new wellbeing strategic plan which is being implemented in various different ways. Other steps in this plan have included introducing therapy dogs and hiring new staff who specialise in certain areas of wellbeing such as mental health. There are also plans to create a wellbeing garden, increased counselling provision and a peer support service.
Andover College has officially launched their new Careers Hub in their Andover Sixth Building.
The Careers Hub is a new space containing comprehensive careers support and information. The Careers Hub will also be a place where Andover College’s Head of Careers, Carol Allen and team will be available for walk in or booked appointments.
The Careers Hub has been set up to provide an open access service and ‘one-stop-shop’ to the students of Andover College to make sure they know their next steps and are prepared for them once they leave the college, whether this be the world of work or the next stage of education. It will be a resource area to help students gain more knowledge about careers, apprenticeships and higher education and all they need to get them to where they want to be
We have invested in new facilities and equipment for our Computing and Games Design courses which includes new software, computers and VR headsets.
This investment will ensure that students have access to top industry standard facilities and equipment throughout their courses meaning that they will be ready to excel into the industry when they finish college.
