STUDENT UPDATE: STORM CIARÁN
01.11.23 Updated 15:00
You will no doubt be aware from the latest weather reports that storm Ciaran is forecast to cause potential disruption tomorrow. We are mindful that many of our students and staff travel significant distances to and from college and want to both keep everyone safe and ensure learning is not disrupted by partial attendance.
In light of this, the college has taken the decision to switch all learning to online learning for tomorrow Thursday 2 November and so there will be no onsite teaching delivery from either Sparsholt or Andover campuses. Wind gusts are at Amber levels in some parts of Hampshire when students and staff would be travelling to and from home to college – many of whom have long journeys. In consequence, we have cancelled all college arranged transport for this one day.
We have the technology to provide work online / stream live lessons, and staff will prepare for this.
Please ensure that you register and participate in all lessons that you are timetabled for tomorrow.
