A Level Results Day 2020

How to collect your Results from Andover College this summer

Here at Andover College we are so proud of what our Class of 2020 students have achieved during their time with us, especially in the last few extraordinary months. Results day is the start of many new beginnings and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for everyone.

A Levels Results Day

A Level results (including Levels 3 IFS and Criminology) will be released on Thursday 13 August. We have sent an email to all students due to get results inviting them to register to attend college, in capped timeslots, to observe social distancing. Students should check their emails, including their junk/spam folders if they haven’t seen the email in their inbox. In order to follow government guidelines and to keep everyone safe they must pre-register. Students don’t have to come along in person and if they are unable to attend, their results will be sent in the post.

Functional skills, technical or vocational qualifications (including BTECs) and Entry Level, Level 1-3

If you have studied functional skills, technical or vocational qualifications (including BTECs) and Entry Level, Level 1-3, these results will be sent to you in the post. Exam boards are releasing certificates throughout the summer so it is difficult to arrange an opportunity to collect these. However, for those who are waiting on results to progress to university, the exam boards will upload these to UCAS at their earliest convenience to ensure that no one is adversely affected.

GCSEs

GCSE results will be released on Thursday 20 August and there will be an opportunity to arrange collection of these results on the day. Further details will be released via an email to you nearer the time.

Enhanced careers support for the Class of 2020

We will also continue to provide an extensive careers and university support package to all students leaving college in 2020.  Students who are on campus collecting results on Thursday 13 August can drop in to the VR room in the Professions building between 9am and 3pm to talk to the Careers team.

We are offering all 2020 leavers enhanced Careers support from August 13 until the end of September. We will be offering 1:1 interviews, a Careers Hotline, and webinars on Higher Education, Apprenticeships and Employment; please see the Careers section of the college website for more information. To arrange an appointment, you can email Carol, Anna and team at careers@sparsholt.ac.uk

From everyone at Andover College, we wish you the best of luck and offer our continued support to assist you in any way possible through this period.
