Yes. We understand that service children can experience challenges linked to mobility, deployment, school changes and separation from support networks.
We work to identify learners from service families so that we can offer tailored support, guidance and signposting from the start of their journey with us.

Yes. We support veterans and service leavers who are looking to retrain, gain new qualifications or move into a new career.

Yes. We understand that military spouses and partners may also need flexible opportunities for learning, retraining and career development.
We offer advice on courses, progression routes and funding options to help support career changes and personal development.

The Military Champions Network is a group led by Andover College that brings together schools, education providers, welfare teams and military representatives.
The network helps improve understanding of the needs of service children and military families and shares best practice around issues such as admissions, wellbeing, transition and careers.
Yes. We work with organisations including the Forces Employment Charity and the SCiP Alliance to provide joined-up support for military learners and families.
Funding may be available depending on your personal circumstances, course choice and military background.
Our Admissions and Student Services teams can help you understand the options available, including learner funding, bursaries and other support.
You can let us know during the application process, at interview, at enrolment or by speaking to Student Support once you are at college.
