Our new nursing facility includes state-of-the-art training wards, consultation facilities and recreation of domestic care settings with all the latest equipment. Industry-relevant learning includes:

• Opportunity to choose your T Level occupational specialism at the end of year 1 – Adult Nursing/ Mental Health Nursing
• Learn from subject specialists with industry experience across different healthcare professions
• Work on practical skills in our training wards with life-like patient simulator
• Industry placement in each year to develop skills and put learning into practice
• Guest speakers from real health and care jobs, visits or placements in care settings, and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications like First Aid

Andover students have progressed into a variety of roles in the sector, or to higher education in subjects such as nursing, midwifery, dentistry, primary teaching, psychology, criminology and social work.
