Esports

In collaboration with leading Industry experts, Andover College is delighted to announce the launch of a new level 3 qualification in Esports from September 2021.

Over recent years, the gaming industry has transcended culture and society in a way very few people originally thought. Once the hobby of a minority, Esports is now a fast-growing global industry offering a wide range of employment opportunities either directly or through Higher Education.

The course will combine a mixture of classroom-based study alongside the development of technical skills utilising the college’s specialist equipment as well as accessing facilities in industry to supplement the knowledge and skills gained.

Esports

After studying at Andover, I am going to The College of Esports in London to study Coaching and Management. The breadth of the Esports course here has meant I will join the university having already gained experience in games development, video editing, management of teams and coaching as well as the opportunity to play, which I have really enjoyed because it lets me see all my options in the Esports world.
