Andover College announce their proud partnership with the Lee Stafford Education Academy
Sparsholt College Group’s Andover Campus are delighted to share the news of their recent partnership with the Lee Stafford Education Academy.
Lee Stafford, renowned hair stylist and founder of Lee Stafford Professional Haircare, presents a select group of colleges across the UK the opportunity to give their students world class hair education through his academy.
Andover College, the academy’s latest partner, is excited to offer prospective students this creative edge in the hairdressing industry. Students who enrol on the course at Andover College will benefit from working with award-winning stylist Lee Stafford under ‘Michelin Standard’ training in up to 22 fundamental skills and techniques. They will have the chance to learn Lee’s renowned hair styling recipes and leave Andover College with the fundamentals of great hair design, primed for all the incredible opportunities the hair industry has to offer.
The programme ensures students stand out and become recognised as they make waves in national competitions with other Lee Stafford Academy students across the year and enter the industry with experience that speaks for itself.
Every student studying under the Lee Stafford Education Academy at Andover College will receive a full circle learning experience. A solid foundation of theoretical work alongside access to the latest styles, trends, seminars and stage shows which is accompanied by real-life experience in the College’s on-site commercial salon open to Andover residents.

The college welcomed Lee for his first onsite visit on Wednesday 9 October to officially launch the first of his Lee Stafford Education Academies in Hampshire. Setting the tone for the students as they begin their journey with Lee Stafford Education, Lee held a demonstration of his Twisted Tong hair recipe before supporting students in the salon.
The visit gave students the opportunity to discuss their next steps and gain insight and advice from Lee’s 43 years’ experience in the hair industry.
In an interview with the college, Lee summarised this venture by saying:
“Our partnership with Andover college is all about equipping the students with competence and confidence and inspiration so they can leave the college and thrive and succeed in the hair world.
