What will I learn?

The City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Award in Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue is the updated version of the now superseded CS38 certificate.
Course duration excludes weekends.

Entry Requirements

This course is a prerequisite for Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness. Applicants must be physically fit and not afraid of heights – this is a physically demanding course.

Entry Requirements Age

Applicants must be 19+ on 31/8 in the academic year of the course start date in order to apply/enrol on the course.

Further Information

All tools and safety equipment provided free for the duration of the course.

16-19 funding which includes those aged 19-24 with an EHCP. Applies to all applicants including existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started/start their course.
