This course will suit those interested in becoming Early Years Educators as you will leave with a licence to practice and develops your skills in working with children through placement settings, in age ranges from 0-7 years.

As part of your T Level qualification you will complete an industry placement, giving you the opportunity to apply the skills and theory learned in college to real life situations in the work place.

Five GCSEs at grade 9-4, including English Language and Maths.

 

This qualification prepares learners to become Early Years Educators and enable them work with children between birth and 5 years with knowledge of children up to the age seven in a variety of Early Years settings such as nurseries, preschools and as child minders.

Assessment will come in different forms. In some instances, you will undertake exams to test core skills whilst practical skills test will help assess your occupational specialismWith T-levels, your work placement employer will also help by ensuring you cover key areas within your placement which will help prepare you for assessments.

 

The T-level helps prepare learners to enter the industry through employment or as an apprentice. It also gives learners the opportunity to progress to higher education courses and training.  

 

The T-level qualification provides ample opportunities to experience different work settings through the industry placement element of the course.
