What will I learn?

Higher level accounting tasks including financial statements, managing budgets an evaluating financial performance plus the opportunity to specialise in areas from tax to auditing and credit control. This course completes the AAT Accounting Qualification.

The AAT Accounting Qualification is a professional qualification which will start you on the path to a successful accounting and finance career. The training will give you the practical skills and financial expertise to follow a rewarding career in professional accountancy.

    Where will it lead me?

    After you?’ve qualified with AAT, you can choose how to build on all the skills and knowledge you?’ve gained. The AAT will help develop your career as an accounting and finance professional.

  • Become an AAT full member (and use the letters MAAT after your name)
  • Become a chartered accountant
  • Go to university (although the qualification in itself is a cost-effective alternative)
  • Start your own business and become self-employed

Due to funding restrictions this course is not available to existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started/start their course.
