Taken alongside subjects such as Biology or Psychology, this course is for those students intending to study towards a degree in Sport and Exercise. It replaces the A Level in Physical Education and is similar in its scientific content. Students will learn about Anatomy & Physiology, Applied Sports Psychology and Fitness & Exercise Science. The theoretical content will be applied to sporting contexts so that students develop an understanding of how this impacts on athlete performance.
