The NCFE Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) – CACHE Technical Level 3 Diploma course will suit those interested in becoming Early Years Educators and develops your skills in working with children through placement settings, in age ranges from 0-7 years. Upon completion of the 2 year programme learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators or access Higher Education such as a Primary Education Degree. You will also gain a ‘licence to practice’ at level 3 status.
Work placement is an essential part of passing the course and must be attended in all age groups

You will have the opportunity to work alongside professionals in work placements two days a week, starting as soon as your clear DBS has arrived. Over the two years you will work in 6 different placements / age ranges of children.
Written assignments, 2 controlled assessments and passing the professional practice.
Working in the early years sector. University Degrees in: Primary Education, Play Therapist, Early Years Teacher, Children’s Social Worker, Child Psychologist
You will get the opportunity to speak to different professionals from early years settings
You will be taught in our Andover Sixth building and will have access to many different facilities, including: 2 study centres, a Library, A canteen and the Careers Hub.
