What will I learn?

- Open Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Create a new document, spreadsheet and email
- Explore the Ribbons
- Add text
- Format text
- Send, receive, forward and reply to emails
- Insert pictures into word
- Add simple formulae to a spreadsheet
- Create a simple chart
- Discuss how to print
- Save and close documents
What grades will I need?
No formal training is required, but it would be beneficial if the delegates had a working knowledge of the computer keyboard.
Where will it lead me?
Progression to our other introductory/intermediate courses, particularly in Word and Excel.
