What will I learn?

The aim of this qualification is to provide a skills based qualification with the intention of creating a new occupational role of ‘digital learning designer’. The skills required cut across a number of subject specialisms and this qualification brings together those skills into a single qualification.

Enrol now and train to support the development of eLearning resources across a wide range of subject areas. Learn how to create interesting and stimulating material for eLearning by using the wide variety of technologies available, making learning accessible and intuitive for students of all ages.

Individual units can be purchased for £250 per unit

Diploma DLD Level 4 units – requires a minimum credit of 39

Assessment is built on a portfolio of evidence. This can be gathered from workplace to match assignment criteria and from following the online resources.

    This is a desirable qualification to complement the skills of education professionals and e-learning developers.

    Entry Requirements

    Ideally you should be working as an elearning designer or want to move into this sector. Ideal for teacher/tutors who want to develop e-learning design skills and have a deeper understanding of some of the theory of learning and design.
