Good customer service skills are essential to a wide range of businesses such as retail or hospitality, as a receptionist, in customer-facing settings in business and banking, and call centres. Working at the front end of an employer’s business activities and regularly assisting customers these can be busy and fulfilling. The ideal Apprentice will have good communication skills, be able to understand products and services from the customers’ point of view and enjoy working as part of a team.
